General Conditions

Volive solutions made this agreement act as a legal contract and committed to respecting your policy and choices while using our services. This policy applies to our clients in all our projects.

We may amend our general policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it and, following such posting, your continued use of the Site will constitute your express consent to us continuing to process your personal information in accordance with the terms of our revised general policy.

We would encourage you to check the Site regularly for the announcement of any amendments to our general policy.

  • The website and app will in both Arabic and Englishlanguages, where the admin panel will be only in English.
  • The official communication platform will be the email, and feedback not given through it won’t be considered.
  • In the Design milestone, the client can give up to 3 rounds of changes, where in Theme and Development millstones the client will have only 2 rounds of changes.
  • After the flow approval at the end of the theme milestone, any change in the flow after that might be subject to an additional time or cost
  • The feedback from the client should be given within 2 days, any delay after that will affect the expected deadline and timeframe.
  • If there is no feedback from the client for more than 1 month for no reason the project will be on hold and penalty on the client 5% for each month delay.
  • Arabic translations will be done by Volive and other than that anything will be provided by the client.
  • If there is no feedback from the client for more than 1 month for no reason the project will be on hold and penalty on the client 5% of the project total cost. If the client decides to resume on the work, then it will have to give the full right to Volive for giving a new start date based on the resource’s availability.
